That s it , she is back Quebec.
I went for my cousin at the Airport PET last Tuesday night. She returned with her husband and 7 year old son.
I already knew her husband, but had never met the little .
Hum? What is his name on the Bloguosphère ? I think I'll call : Little Curious!
........
Ouen, Little Curious, it suits her perfectly!
He never left his native Africa. Never flew. Never seen snow aside on TV.
You know the first thing he did down the car on arriving home? He
holy hands in the bench of snow .....
"Ho! Mom, it's frozen? "
J'me rolled down!
*** Yesterday morning when I maquilas in the bathroom, he approached me and said (with one small French accent):
"Auntie Lady, you a bathtub! "
Well, yes, we have a bathtub ( j'me wanted next to it) I do not really understand the meaning of this statement.
When I got home from work, I was preparing dinner when Curious Little returned to the charge with this story bath.
He asked Mimi if he could wash in the bathtub! Her mom was going to meet he took his morning shower and .....
We all watched and we both lit: Little Curious n, has NEVER had a bath! There's no bathtub in the corner African !
"And guess what Little Curious? Auntie Lady even moss! "
You should see her eyes .... they were great like that! He amused himself for nearly an hour in the bathtub! It was simply irresistible.
*** I just returned it. They say that children are resilient , but in his case it seems to go beyond that. I feel he has always lived here in this house as if it was part of the scenery.
But still, maybe just because a child is a child and it acts like a child, no matter what corner of the planet he came from.
***
He discovered the X-Box 360 * and peanut butter too ... but that have other stories! ;-)
Lady!
* I believe that the theory of Uncle Sailor is true: this generation was born with a joystick in their hands ;-)
